Requirements of the models and terms

 

The purpose of the initiative is to showcase Dubai as a leading tourist destination with wonderful sightseeing opportunities and activities.

 

Budget: AED 20,000 / 5,445 USD per week (*including AED 4,000 / 1,090 USD agency fee)

 

Social Media: Each model will be required to document one post with supporting instastories of each visit/activity that they attend listed on the itinerary. This is to support the “buzz” of Dubai and generate further interest in the region as a tourist destination. A hashtag will be shared and the tagged location must be applied. 

 

1. Platform: Instagram
2. Hashtags (1-3 per post): #MyDubai #Dubai #Expo2020 #UAE #MyUAE #DubaiExpo #Models #SignatureElement
3. Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi
4. Quantity: 1-2 posts with supporting 2-3 instastories 2
5. Photo/post brief: We are flexible with the type of photo they want to post; it should sync with the style of their Instagram (no alcohol, lingerie or swimwear in images) 

 

Photoshoots: On select visits/activities listed on the itinerary, there will be a photographer and videographer creating content to capture the mood and beauty of the location.

 

Details of event series for casting:

 

Please note that we are only seeking out the highest standard of models to cast for this project.

 

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

 

Dates: October 16, 2020 - December 4, 2020 (subject to an additional 2-week extension)

 

Model Measurements: Minimum height of 175 cm - *Very Important*

 

Model Gender: Female models for this particular event

 

Model Age: Minimum 18 years old to approximately 27 years old

 

(FYI Model Quantity): seeking up to x 60 models for the campaign

 

Accommodation: A five-star hotel in Dubai; models will have a roommate of the same gender (2 models per room, max)

 

Daily Expenses: All are covered - accommodation, meals & beverages (at the hotel), meals & beverages at the activities/events, transport to/from airport and activities/events, gym expenses, and medical expenses.  Further to this, all expenses associated with the activities/events will be covered.

 

Flights:  Round trip ticket (economy) is covered. Please note that we are open to fly the model in from anywhere in the world. In addition, a visa for UAE will be provided if required.

 

Photographer / Makeup: We can confirm this after a list of models is finalized as the photographer and make-up artists will be booked based on this; Signature Element has a list of preferred photographers. In general, the photographer(s) appointed will shoot all of the events and the final edit.
